Wholesale FAQ

Common questions, straight answers.

Minimums, pharmacy stocking, COA access, lead times — the questions we hear most from buyers, answered.

What are your wholesale minimums?

Minimum opening orders and reorder quantities are in the line sheet — grab it at the wholesale kit request page. We work with licensed retailers, pharmacies, and wellness professionals.

If you're a small shop just getting started, reach out directly — we'd rather work something out than lose a good partner over an MOQ. Email high@chimeandchill.com and we'll reply within one business day.

Can a pharmacy stock Chime & Chill?

Yes, and we already have pharmacy accounts. Everything you need for due diligence is available: full COAs per batch, compliance licenses (Retail OCM-HMPR-25-12133, Distribution OCM-HMPD-25-01386), ingredient specs, and allergen declarations.

Pharmacists appreciate that the line is third-party tested, nut-free, coconut-free, and pre-dosed — and that there are zero medical claims anywhere. Your counter conversations stay clean. See the full pharmacy overview →

How do I request COAs?

COA PDFs are provided during account onboarding. When your account is opened, you'll receive download links for every product you carry — plus updates automatically when a new batch is tested. Our labs are Green Analytics NY and Kaycha Labs NY, both ISO/IEC 17025-accredited.

To request a specific COA before onboarding, email high@chimeandchill.com with the product name and batch number. You can also browse the full batch index on the COA library page.

What does COA mean, and what should I look for?

A Certificate of Analysis is a third-party lab report that verifies exactly what's in a product: cannabinoid content (confirming THC is Non-Detect), terpene profiles, and contaminant screening for pesticides, heavy metals, residual solvents, and microbials. Every Chime & Chill batch gets one.

When reviewing a COA, look for: the issuing lab's accreditation number, "Non-Detect" or "ND" next to Δ9-THC, the cannabinoid panel matching the product label, and all contaminant screens showing "Non-Detect" or "Pass." The batch number on the COA should match the packaging. If a brand can't show you a current COA — or if the COA has no link back to the lab's portal — treat it with caution.

What is your typical lead time?

Standard wholesale orders typically ship within 3–5 business days from Farmingdale, NY via USPS. First orders with a new account may take slightly longer while we set up account paperwork and confirm product selection. We'll give you a confirmed timeline when we respond to your kit request.

Rush requests? Email us directly and we'll do what we can.

Will Chime & Chill products show up on a drug test?

Drug tests screen for THC. Our products test as Non-Detect for THC. That said, we can't make a guarantee for every employer's testing program — thresholds and technologies vary. For customers who are subject to drug screening, we recommend they share the COA directly with their testing provider before adding any hemp product.

We provide full COAs for exactly this reason — so the conversation with an employer or testing service is grounded in real lab data, not just marketing language.

Is it legal to ship to all 50 states?

Yes. Our products are hemp-derived and test as Non-Detect THC — below the federal 0.3% threshold — so they ship to all 50 states via USPS under the 2018 Farm Bill. No special license or card is required to receive a wholesale shipment. We're OCM licensed for retail and distribution in New York state and manufactured with a licensed NY processor.

What training and support do you provide accounts?

Wholesale accounts get founder-led support: in-store classes taught by Kimber, demo days, budtender training (a dedicated track at our education site), terpene wheels, and shelf education assets. Kimber has been in hemp wellness since 2018 and worked inside a medical dispensary — she knows how to talk to your staff and your customers.

Co-marketing is also available when she hosts an event at your store — her Instagram and Facebook community hears about it. See the full in-store support menu →

Is the line allergen-safe?

Yes — allergen safety was one of the original reasons the line was built. Every product uses a safflower base. No tree nuts, no coconut, no MCT oil. Nut-free and coconut-free across the entire line — a differentiator you can say out loud at the counter for allergy-conscious households.

Can I order a sample before committing?

Yes — the wholesale kit includes education samples. Request it at the kit request page and we'll include samples with your COAs and line sheet so you can evaluate the product before placing an opening order.
